月に一度、外部の先生をお招きして「深谷商工会議所イノベーション会議」を行っています。
職員が前月を振り返り、その月の成果と課題、自身の気づきを提出し、それを元に解決策やより良い提案などを全員で考えていきます。
他にもＢＣＰの作成や、今決めなければならないことや話し合いが必要なことについて議論を行うこともあります。
今月も分析表を作成して会議に臨みます。
かなり毎月の書類が厚くなる会議の一つです。
