昨日、若手会議を開催しました！
これまで『接客の標準化』を議題に、どのような接客を心掛けたらより良い会議所となっていくのか、話し合いを重ねてきました。
接客の標準化が決まり、今後の若手会議はどうあるべきか、どのようなことを考えていく必要があるのか、みんなの意見を出し合い、次のステップにうつりました！
よりよい会議所となるように、若手ならではの意見をしっかりと持ち、発信していきたいと思います。
