職員間で連携しながら進めています
会員皆さまからお預りさせてただく、年会費の徴収管理を紙媒体と電子データの併用で行っています。紙媒体の方は、来年度から新しい用紙に切り替わるため、ただいま移行準備を進めています。これまでの徴収カードに書かれていた内容などを一つずつ確認し、不明な部分があれば職員同士で相談し合い、協力しながら取り組んでいます。正確に移行ができるよう、引き続き担当者で対応していきます。
